Not satisfied with your order? In some cases you may make use of your right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason.

Would you like to return a product?

The return shipment must first be registered and approved by Seramika Afbouw B.V.

Return shipments that have not been registered in advance may be refused.

The costs and risks of the return shipment are the responsibility of the consumer.

Conditions for Returns

A return will only be accepted when the product:

  • is unused
  • has not been installed or processed
  • has no damage or signs of use
  • is complete with all parts
  • is in the original packaging

Please ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent transport damage during the return shipment.

If a product or its packaging becomes damaged during return transport, or if the condition of the product deteriorates, a depreciation may be deducted from the refund amount.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

The following products are excluded from returns:

  • ceramic floor and wall tiles and mosaic tiles (due to batch and shade variations)
  • specially ordered or custom-made products
  • products from clearance stock, discontinued collections, or outlet sales
  • consumables such as tile adhesive, grout, sealants, and cleaning products
  • products that have been installed, processed, or used
  • products that are damaged and no longer suitable for resale
  • products whose packaging is missing or severely damaged
  • gift cards or vouchers

If a product has been treated in such a way that it can no longer be sold as new, Seramika Afbouw B.V. may decide to refuse the return or apply a depreciation.
